  • No, derma is an independent dermatology practice located off Perkins Road in Baton Rouge. Although Sanova no longer serves the Baton Rouge area, Dr. Chad Prather has launched derma at the exact location to continue providing high-quality, personalized care!

  • Please bring your ID, insurance card, a list of current medications, and previous medical records. If you have completed our New Patient Forms, bring those to streamline check-in.
